These LCIs are trained and experienced to help you with any of the following topics and more:
- Riding in large group rides (eg. RAGBRAI, MS150, organized bike tours)

- Errands and shopping by bike
- All season riding… from -10° to 110° and everything in between.
- Nutrition and hydration for maximum cycling performance
- Professional caliber bike racing
- Choosing the safest most pleasant bike routes
- Adult beginning bike riding: Even if you never got around to learning how to ride a bike, we can teach you!
- We can even come to your home or place of work and ride your commute with you!
One on one bike coaching can be anything you want it to be. The hours are flexible; you let us know when and where you want to work with your bike coach. Prices are $40/hour or $60/hour for couples (add $5/hour for each additional person).
