What We Do:
- Enable individuals with disabilities to learn to ride a two-wheeled bicycle with trained staff, specialized instruction, and adapted bicycles
- Participants attend one 75 minute session for five consecutive days
- Continual adjustments of bikes given at appropriate levels occurs to give added challenges over the course of the camp
Who Can Participate?
- Have a diagnosed disability
- Be at least 8 years old
- Have a minimum inseam of 20”
- Weigh less than 220lbs
- Be able to walk without an assistive device
- Be able to side step quickly
- Be able and willing to wear a properly fitted helmet
What Are The Benefits?

Registering is easy!
- Print and complete the application
- Send it in along with the $150 camp fee. For families eligible for BCFR funding*, the fee is $75.
*Clients of Boone County Family Resources should contact their Support Coordinator if interested in funding assistance - You will receive confirmation that indicates acceptance of your application. Session times will be confirmed in June.
